Absinthe

Absinthe has its origins in one form or another from as early as the first century A.D. Wormwood (Artemisia Absinthium) is the chief flavouring ingredient.

Makes 3 x 75cl bottles (2.25L)
Take 2.25l of 40«V alcohol and add bottle of flavouring mix well and store or serve.
If you require smaller quantities measure out the required dosage from the 50ml bottle and mix with the equivalent alcohol quantity as per the original proportions
