Caranilla liqueur has been developed for the home distillation industry and has no commercial equivalent at this time. It is a mellow blend of caramel and vanilla which marry together to a rich and inviting liqueur.
Makes 1.125l ( 1 ½ bottles).
Take cream liqueur base pack and mix well with 250ml of boiling water. leave to stand.
Take 500ml of 40% ABV alcohol, add pre-mixed cream liqueur base, then add flavouring and top up to 1.125L with water. Mix well, store or serve (we recommend the liqueur is chilled prior to serving).
