HALLERTAU PERLE
Dual purpose hop. Because of its long storage life, one of the more popular hops used in home brewing. Can be used both for bittering and aroma, where it gives a slightly spicy touch. Popular due to the combination of considerable alpha acid content with good aroma. Alpha acid content: 6-8.5%. The exact alpha acid content is indicated on every package.
All our hops are packed in special vacuum packages for optimal storage life and placed in a cold storage room at 5 °C. The availability and alpha acid content strongly depend on the harvest.
