A whisky based cream liqueur with a strong vanilla flavour and a delectable hint of mint.
Makes 1.125l ( 1 ½ bottles).
Take cream liqueur base pack and mix well with 250ml of boiling water. leave to stand.
Take 500ml of 40% ABV alcohol, add pre-mixed cream liqueur base, then add flavouring and top up to 1.125L with water. Mix well, store or serve (we recommend the liqueur is chilled prior to serving).

Blandið duftinu í 250 ml af sjóðandi vatni og hrærið vel saman. Látið standa smá stund. Setjið þá 500ml af 40% vínanda saman við og bætið Irish mint bragðefninu í og fyllið upp með vatni að 1.125 lítrum. Blandið vel saman. Best að bera fram vel kælt.
