This drink is most traditionally enjoyed as an after dinner drink served over ice. It also makes an ideal desert when poured over vanilla ice cream. As an alternative try a shot in black coffee.
Try substituting Top Shelf Marula Cream in any cocktail asking for Irish Cream.
Makes 1.125l ( 1 ½ bottles).
Take cream liqueur base pack and mix well with 250ml of boiling water. leave to stand.
Take 500ml of 40% ABV alcohol, add pre-mixed cream liqueur base, then add flavouring and top up to 1.125L with water. Mix well, store or serve (we recommend the liqueur is chilled prior to serving).
